Editor's note: Wow, sometimes we get lucky and a soldier manages to not only drag himself through Europe and North Africa and back to the USA, but he manages to drag an 8x10 photographic print with him. (Well, I assume that's what happened; it's possible that the print was mailed to the USA, or that it was printed in the USA and given to the family.) Note the women in the windows at the top of the photo. I am satisfied with this scan of the print, so if your father's face is fuzzy, it's fuzzy on the print and I couldn't help it.
